Fleetwood, Korea Nonti, 22, of 1417 Pleasant Valley Road, Adairsvill­e, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane, no proof of insurance, open container.

Finch, Malcolm Jarrard, 43, of 703 Court St., was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated assault.

Hyatt, Zachary Daniel, 30, of 521 Richards Road NE, White, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with theft by deception.

Spires, Benjamin Dewayne, 30, of 200 S. Line St. No. 203, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with probation violation o/c: battery.

Feb. 11

Goforth, Brandon Caleb, 29, of 4010 County Road 113 Centre, Alabama, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with drugs to be kept in original container, manufactur­e/ sell/ dispense/ distribute.

Hawkins, Richie Paul, 42, of 2220 Chatt Road, Dalton, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with battery, cruelty to children — third degree.

Jones, Jimmy David, 66, of 190 Hummingbir­d Lane, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with fugitive from justice.

Payne, Christophe­r Lee, 36, of 409 3rd Ave., Dalton, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and sentenced o/c — entering auto, criminal trespass.

Peeler, Alvin Cecil, 60, of 5141 U.S. Highway 411, Fairmount, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with possession and use of drug-related objects; stop signs and yield signs; traffickin­g in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphet­amine; windshield­s and windshield wipers.

Feb. 12

Stevens, Russell Claude, 32, of 1525 Margaret Circle, Dalton, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with probation violation o/c — false informatio­n, obstructio­n; probation violation — o/c — simple battery, hindering.

Woods, Cody Allen, 33, of 4822 S. Dixie Highway, Resaca, was arrested by the PRO and charged with drug court sanction.

Rico, Olga, 28, of 502 Liberty Road, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with forgery — 2nd degree — felony; forgery — 3rd degree — felony; giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcemen­t officer; theft by deception — misdemeano­r — X5; theft by shopliftin­g — misdemeano­r — X5.

Feb. 13

Dickerson, Christina Dawn, 40, of 145 Wrights Hollow Road, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sherif’s Office and charged with probation violation o/c — possession of methamphet­amine, drug-related objects.

Goodwin, George Barry, 64, of 2532 N. 41, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated assault, pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another, possession of arms by convicted felons.

Hyde, Joseph Dewayne, 23, of 152 Earl Street, Plainville, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with obstructio­n or hindering law enforcemen­t officers X2.

Newport, Benny, 54, of 2748 Nicklesvil­le Road, Resaca, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with probation violation o/c — possession of methamphet­amine by receiving stolen property, sale of methamphet­amine X2.

Stoker, Taylor Lee, 25, of 6050 Ashbury Lane, Cumming, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI — alcohol — misdemeano­r, failure to maintain lane, open container, too fast for conditions.

Feb. 14

Bellas, Michael Edward, 52, of 1706 Chestnut Oak Dr., Dalton, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with permitting unlicensed person to drive.
