GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS

The following indictments were handed down by a grand jury in Gordon County Superior Court on Wednesday, Feb. 17. This process formally charges the individual, but they remain innocent until proven guilty in

a court of law.

Brian Jermaine Higginbotham (a/k/a Block) — Aggravated assault — family violence, third degree cruelty to children, aggravated stalking, endangering a child while DUI, DUI, reckless driving, violating FV order.

Robert David Holland (a/k/a Johnson, Dave) — Driving while license suspended.

Corey Derrell Wood — Aggravated stalking, driving while license suspended.

James Willis Bailey — Aggravated assault — family violence, battery — family violence, third degree cruelty to children x2.

Kyle Philip Boston — Driving while license suspended.

Justin Lamar Bowles and Valerie Lynn Gardner — Theft by bringing stolen property into state.

Adrian Enrique Brito (a/k/a Brito-Alfaro, Adrian) — Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, possession of firearm during commission of felony x2, affray, driving while license suspended.

Carlos Martin Reyes — Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, possession of more than one ounce marijuana, affray.

Thorn Bryant — Aggravated assault — family violence, false imprisonment, battery — family violence, hindering emergency telephone call.

Joseph Martin McRoberts (a/k/a Martin Ryan) — Obstruction of an officer x2, public indecency, public drunkenness, giving false info to a law enforcement officer.

Devin Allen Myers — Interfering with government property, DUI, failure to report accident x2, driving without license, failure to maintain lane, no proof of insurance, open container.

Tanner Justin Johnson — Second degree criminal damage to property.

Juan Ramon Rodriguez — Second degree criminal damage to property, simple battery x2.

Timothy Carson Sellers (a/k/a Carson, Tim) — Failure to register as sex offender.

Jose Angel Gonzalez — Aggravated assault — family violence x2, battery — family violence.

Brent Lee Guzman — Aggravated stalking x3, possession of tools for commission of crime, possession of drug related objects, improper headlights.

Amber Leshey Gwin

— Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, trafficking methamphetamine.

Joshua Lee Ollis — Influencing a witness x2.
