BELLINGHAM

• Ronald F. Conde, 48, of 20145 Elmwood Avenue, Apt. 408, Warwick, R.I., was arrested Sept. 9 at 1:38 p.m. on Squire Lane on charges stemming from two outstanding warrants, police said.

• Jose Pomavilla Paquay, 30, of 141 Central St., Milford, was arrested Sept. 7 at 5:43 p.m. on North Main Street and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, police said.

• Rebekah L. O’Connell, 38, of 19 Broad St., Medway, was arrested Sept. 6 at 9:04 a.m. on Hartford Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, police said.

• A passenger in the car, Marie L. O’Connell, 75, same address, was arrested and charged with allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and misleading a police officer, police said.

• Robert S. Nealy, 53, 185 Dexter St., Apt. 16, Pawtucket, was arrested Sept. 6 at 5:16 p.m. on Pulaski Boulevard and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and failure to appear on a warrant, police said.

• Richard J. Wasilewski, 46, of 21 Oak Terrace, Bellingham, was arrested Sept. 5 at 7:38 a.m. on Maple Street and charged with driving with a suspended license, police said.
