BELLINGHAM
• David M. Moyen, 24, of 332 Carrington Avenue, Apt. 2, Woonsocket, was arrested Oct. 18 at 6:43 p.m. on Pulaski Boulevard and charged with driving a motor vehicle with non-compliant aftermarket lights and on charges stemming from a warrant, police said.
• James D. Nickerson, 36, of 4 Kennedy Road, Bellingham, was arrested Oct. 15 at 5:12 a.m. at Oakwood Apartments and charged with vandalizing property, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace, police said.
• Robert Edward Bouchard, 24, of 113 Winthrop St., Apt. 2, Woonsocket, was arrested Oct. 15 at 2:15 p.m. on Hartford Avenue and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and larceny under $250, police said.
• Matthew Price, 28, of 26 Lakeview St., Blackstone, was arrested Oct. 15 at 6:32 p.m. on Pulaski Boulevard and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and a lights violation, police said,
• Kevin T. Russell, 59, of 99 Harpin St., Bellingham, was arrested Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. on Pulaski Boulevard and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and on charges stemming from a warrant, police said.
• Jeremy Brett Pulito, 41, of 11 Woodcrest Lane, Blackstone, was arrested Oct. 13 at 9:55 p.m. on South Main Street and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class A substance, police said.
