FOXBORO – If you’re a Patriots fan and Super Bowl pregame hype isn’t your cup of tea – two weeks between the AFC Championship and the big game is a L-O-N-G time – you’re in luck. You can still get your New England football fix without having your patience truly tested.

Behold, two documentaries that peel back the curtain and offer must-watch intrigue about the two figureheads steering the NFL’s modern-day dynasty.

Earlier this month, Tom Brady announced he would be releasing a documentary entitled “Tom vs. Time.” The five-part series examines Brady’s training regimen heading into the 2017 regular season, his 18th in the NFL. This first episode dropped Thursday and the schedule for the remaining episodes, which can be viewed exclusively on Facebook, is as follows: Chapter 2 (Sunday, Jan. 28), Chapter 3 (Tuesday, Jan. 30), Chapter 4 (Thursday, Feb. 1), and Chapter 5 (Sunday, Feb. 4).

Besides working closely with trainer and close confidant Alex Guerrero, Brady’s Facebook series will offer some light family moments. Hands down, the highlight of the first episode was Brady showing the cameras the suspension letter he received from the NFL for his alleged role in “Deflategate.”

“He’s, in my opinion, the greatest quarterback to ever play the game of football so I think that makes him a pretty interesting person,” said Patriots center Dave Andrews when asked Thursday about the intrigue level surrounding Brady. “It’s such a popular sport and when a guy has had that much success for that long, I think it draws a lot of attention. It’s well deserved.”

On Thursday, Feb. 1, ESPN’s “30 for 30” series will offer a 90-minute chronicle that delves into the coaching worlds of Bill Belichick and Bill Parcells and the up-anddown nature of the pair’s relationship. Appropriately titled “The Two Bills,” this documentary will help set the stage for Belichick’s ascension to become New England’s head coach in 2000 and include interviews with individuals who have crossed paths with Parcells and Belichick through the years.

At the top of the interview list is Patriots owner Bob Kraft, who endured a complex association with Parcells that reached a boiling point when Parcells fled from New England to become the head coach of the New York Jets in 1997.

As fans shopped at the Patriots Pro Shop that’s located a short crossing route away from Gillette Stadium on Thursday afternoon, several were asked what they were most looking forward to viewing: “Tom vs. Time” or “The Two Bills.”
