Unibank to host monthly home-buying seminars

WHITINSVILLE, Mass. — UniBank will be sponsoring free monthly home buying seminars throughout 2018.

These educational opportunities will provide homebuyers with valuable information about finding and buying the home of their dreams.

Important discussion topics include: Negotiating a Winning Offer, Finding the Right Mortgage and Pre-Qualifying, Down Payment Options, The Importance of Home Inspections, and more. Refreshments will be served and a door prize will be awarded at each event.

UniBank’s April Home Buying Seminar details are as follows:

Tuesday, April 10, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at UniBank’s Grafton branch located at 89 Worcester St. in North Grafton.
