Armand F. De Vaudreuil, Jr.
SLATERSVILLE - Armand F. DeVaudreuil, Jr. 69, of Ridge Rd, passed away peace-fully Wednesday, May 9. He was the loving husband of Susan (Patrice) DeVaudreuil. He was born in Woonsocket, the son of the late Armand DeVaudreuil, Sr and the late Emma (Goguen) DeVaudreuil. He was a Vice President at Polytop Corpora-tion where he worked for over forty years retiring in 2010. Ar-mand was involved as a volun-teer in the early stages of the Stadium Theatre Restoration. He also volunteered his time for Junior Achievement, was a for-mer coach of Woonsocket CYO Girls Basketball and was an avid golfer. He also loved woodwork-ing and spending time with his family. He was a proud alumnus of Mount St. Charles Academy, where he loved playing goalie for Mount's hockey team. In addition to his beloved wife Susan, he is survived by two daughters: Amy DeVau-dreuil of San Diego, Julie DeVaudreuil and her husband Brian Wenzel of Slatersville, and a sister Carol Church of Slatersville. He was also the proud Papa of five grand children; Ella, Zaida, Jasmine, Damon, and Griffin, and is addi- tionally survived by a niece Jennifer Hawes and her husband Scott, and their children Max and Carter of Slatersville. He was also the father of the late Lori DeVaudreuil. His funeral will be held Tues• day, May 15, at 10:00 AM from the Foumier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 in St. John's Church, Slatersville. Visitation will be Monday 4-7 PM. Burial will be private.
