Don’t miss Saint Jean Baptiste Day festivitie­s today, from Monument Square down Main Street.

Main Street Block Party/ Feast of St. Jean Baptiste schedule and activities:

4:15 p.m.: Eight church bells will ring.

4:30 p.m.: Bishop Herson Gonzalez of the Calvary Worship Center will lead seven different fdaiths into prayer on Stage 4, at Cato and Main streets. Bishop Emeritus Louis Gelineau, along with 14 other retired and current priests, will lead the procession of St. Jean the Baptiste, carried by the Francisan Order of Griswold, Connecticu­t, to the altar on Stage 1.

Along Main Street will be 20 social service agencies geared toward family, love and assistance, and on Railroad Street, an array of ethnic food, history, and heritage-oriented tents.

In Chan’s parking lot, children can learn to play quotts, the official game of Woonsocket, and other children’s act.

Beacon Charter School lot: Children’s free BBQ and assorted activities.

Leaders of the event are Albert Beauparlan­t, field marshal, and Kim Deacon, senior director.

Main Stage 1: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.: Open-air French/English Catholic Mass. 6 to 7 p.m.: Emily Luther. 7 to 9 p.m.: Danny Klein (from J. Geils Band).

Stage 2:

6 to 7 p.m.: Blind Faith.

7 to 8 p.m.: Mary King.

8 to 9 p.m.: Manna.

Stage 3:

6 to 6:30 p.m.: Irish stepdancer­s.

6:30 to 7:30 p.m.: Missy & Jeff

7:30 to 9: Don Colt.

Stage 4:

4:30 to 5:30 p.m.: Ecumenical service.

6 to 7:30 p.m.: Polka Paul. 7:30 to 9 p.m.: Al MacKay.

Children’s Stage 5: 6:15 to 7 p.m.: Magician

7 to 9 p.m.: An array of local young talent (10 performers).
