MILLVILLE – Patricia Lynn (Morin) Hazebrouck, 60, of Millville, died Sept. 21, 2018, peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved wife of Thomas Hazebrouck; they recently celebrated their 39th wedding anniversar­y. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Ann Marie (Danis) Morin of Woonsocket and the late George B. Morin.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two children, Kevin Hazebrouck and his wife Crystal of North Smithfield, and Jaimie Lynn Hazebrouck of Boston. She is also survived by five brothers, George Morin of Hudson; David Morin and Chris Morin, both of Warwick; and Steven Morin and Michael Morin both of Woonsocket. She was the sister of the late Jane Houle.

Mrs. Hazebrouck was a well-respected recovery room nurse at Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket, for 40 years and an active union member of the hospital’s Northern RI UNAP Chapter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 27, 2018, in St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 17 Lincoln St., Millville. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, 33 Division St., Manville. Calling hours will be held from 4 tp 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
