St. Agatha Seniors, Oct. 17 meeting

President Gerard Robidoux opened the meeting with a prayer for Leo Robidoux and the late Charlotte McDonald.

Sunshine Constance Bonin sent a sympathy to Aline Durand and Michelle McDonald and get-well cards to Anita L’Etoile and Denise Chamberlin. Thank-you cards were received from Denise Chamberlin and Michelle McDonald.

Door prize winners were Albertine Deweirdt, Claire Biron, Jocelyn Joyal and George Gautreau.

Winners of the raffle were Lucienne Croteau, Donat Godin, Rita Keegan and Gerard Robidoux.

Celebrating birthdays were Madeleine Descoteaux, Therese Benetti and Muriel Berthellette.

James and Lucile McDonald are celebrating their 61st wedding anniversary.

Welcomed as new members were Charles and Constance Boisvert.

Tickets are on sale this week for the Nov. 14 Turkey Dinner. There will be no meeting on Oct. 3 because of the Parish Annual Christmas Bazaar being held on Nov. 3 and 4.

Winners of the special BINGO games were Raymond Lavoie, Normand Piette and Constance Bonin. Constance Seider was the caller.
