Busy January ahead for kids, teens at Lincoln Public Library
LINCOLN – The following kids’ and teen activities are scheduled for January at the Lincoln Public Library: After-School Flick
Teens are invited to Lincoln Public Library on Monday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. for a showing of the movie adaptation of Julie Murphy’s popular novel, “Dumplin’” (110 min, PG-13). No registration needed. Popcorn will be provided.
Sweet Craft for the Family
Parents and children ages 6 and up are invited to Lincoln Public Library for some creative family fun. On Wednesday, Jan. 9, at 6:30 p.m., kids and staff will be making sweet houses made out of graham crackers and fun treats. All supplies will be provided. Teen Candy Sushi Night
Tweens and teens ages 11-17 are invited to Lincoln Public Library for a sweets-filled night on Monday, Jan. 14, at 6:30 p.m. Staff will be working with rice crispy treats and different kinds of candy to create different types of sushi rolls.

Kids and tweens ages 8 to 14 are invited to Lincoln Public Library on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 6:30 p.m. for our monthly hour of creative STEAM fun. The library is bringing back one of its popular pop-ups, candy towers! This time, participants will be working on our building skills by constructing towers with candy gum drops!
