to lead Woonsocket to a 49-36 beating of Central Falls in Class B action. Harris tallied 12 and Motte 10 as the Villa Novans improved to 3-1 in league play. Dan Siwy was the Warriors top producer with 11 points as CF suffered its third loss in four league games.

Luis Araujo at 112 pounds, Chris Martin (130), Jamie Procter (135), John Cimino (152), John Rogala (189) and heavyweigh­t Billy Quinn all scored pins, while Jeff Laplante (103), Dave Bowler (125), Brian Therrien (145) and Adam Ray (171) garnered decision wins. “The two big matches were Araujo and Therrien. Therrien beat a very tough wrestler in Joe Gemma, 9-3, and that’s the best he’s wrestled all season,” said Gordon.
