MERCYMOUNT SCIENCE FAIR
Students advance to science, engineering fair
CUMBERLAND — The Middle School students at Mercymount Country Day School recently participated in a Science Fair. Winners will represent the school at the Rhode Island Science and Engineering Fair on March 16 and 17 held at CCRI in Warwick.
Each student was required to submit a proposal in the fall. Upon approval, they developed an experiment to test their hypothesis. Data was collected in order to determine if their hypothesis was correct or not. Additionally, students had to research the science behind their topic.
