St. Joseph Seniors, Oct. 22 meeting

President, Suzanne Grenier, opened the meeting. Prayers were offered for the sick – Lucille Lavoie and Paul McDonald. Prayers were followed by the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag. Roll call of officers: all officers are present.

Future Foxwoods trips are scheduled for Nov. 22 and Dec.

Election of officers for 2020 will take place at the Nov. 12 meeting.

Door prize winners were Linda Laferriere, Marie Desilets, Monique Noel, Fern Pincince and Ray Beaudette.

Raffle ticket winners were Dick Godin, Jeanne Theroux, Barbara DeChristofaro, Rose Thurber and Gloria Descoteaux.

The group’s annual Christmas Party will be held at Village Haven on Sunday, Nov. 24, the final payment is by Nov. 12. If you have no captain see Pat Palardy. She will place you with one.

A gift was presented to Sue Grenier on the occasion of her retirement as president of the club. She has served us well in the four years of her tenure as president.
