WIPE AWAY THE DAY

You know you should take off your makeup every night before going to bed. But some nights you’re just too tired for a major face-washing process. Thank goodness for cleansing cloths for those times when exhaustion (or laziness) is setting in. Dickinson’s Original Witch Hazel Daily Refreshingly Clean Cleansing Cloths ($5.99) are 15 percent larger than other cleansing cloths to help wipe off every last bit of makeup, dirt and oil. Botanical extracts of aloe and witch hazel tone and refresh the skin, and the soap- and fragrance-free cloths are gentle enough for most skin types. Pick up a package at local CVS, Walgreens and Target stores.

HIT REFRESH

If you treat yourself to a blowout, you want it to last. Paul Mitchell’s Invisiblewear Boomerang Restyling Mist ($15) helps restore and revive salon blowouts, and can refresh hair post-workout as well. The moisturizing lightweight formula, which fights frizz and detangles your tresses, is infused with velvet flower to leave hair soft and bouncy. No one will suspect that you’re working second-day hair. Find Paul Mitchell products at local salons like Studio 44 in Fort Myers (239-362-0253, studio44hair.com), Touch Salon and Spa in Fort Myers (239-454-9933, touchspasalon.com) and Kate’s Kuts in Bonita Springs (239-947-5283, kates-kuts.com).

A BRUSH WITH GREATNESS

When you just don’t have time for an extensive hair-care routine, grab one of Cricket’s new multitasking brushes instead. Skip the volumizer and reach for the Ultra Smooth Coconut Thermal Brushes ($18.75-$23.75), which are infused with coconut oil and keratin protein to give hair body and shine. Heat-resistant and anti-static bristles and a rubberized texturized handle provide comfort and control. The Copper Clean Brush Collection ($8.50$11.95) helps get rid of scalp buildup without the need for a clarifying shampoo. Bristles infused with copper properties massage the scalp while reducing buildup and making your tresses shiny. Get the brushes at the Ulta stores at the Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers (239-334-0659, ulta.com), Coconut Point in Estero (239-9920361) and Coralwood Center in Cape Coral (239458-3522).

WHIP IT GOOD

What if something that looked like dessert was actually good for you? That’s the case with Mangiacotti’s new Whipped Body Wash ($16.95) and Whipped Body Lotion ($17.95). They’re dispensed just like whipped cream. But instead of upping your calorie count, they hydrate your skin with essential oils and plant-derived ingredients such as shea butter. The weightless, nongreasy formulations absorb quickly, and the body wash can even double as a shave cream. Both are paraben-free and available in six fragrances (Pomegranate, Jasmine Plum, Clementine, Lavender, Ocean and Lemon Verbena). You can pick them up at Wilford & Lee in Fort Myers (239-481-3711, wilfordandlee.com).
