CHATTANOOGA PUBLIC LIBRARY All locations of the Chattanooga public library system have preschool story time. The Downtown, Eastgate and Northgate libraries have Adventure Club for children ages 6 and up. The library’s teen center, Teen Stack, is located in the Downtown Library.
