CIVIL WAR HISTORY WALK — Meet at Outdoor Chattanooga, 200 River St. After the Union army liberated Chattanooga, thousands of African-American refugees poured into the city in search of a new life. HOW TO RIDE A BIKE FOR KIDS — Enterprise South Nature Park, 8015 Volkswagen Drive. REI staff provide personalized and group instruction to overcome children’s fears, teach skills such as start-stop and to learn to maneuver around obstacles.
