Arthur Bottoms

Arthur D. “Ott” Bottoms, 84, Chattanooga, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 26, 2016.

Ott was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, where he retired from the Modern Maid Stove Company.

He lived at Creekside on Shallowford Road the last four years with many cherished friends that he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Bottoms, parents, Dan and Lee Bottoms; and his brother, John Bottoms.

He is survived by his step daughter and husband, Angie and Jim Condra, of Loudon, Tenn.; step sons and wives, Jack and Dee Dee Hale, Jimmy and Brenda Hale; and his third cousin, Karen Bottoms, all of Chattanooga.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016, in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Michael Steffey officiating. Burial will follow at Noon at Hamilton Memorial Gardens Hwy 153 in Hixson.
