There are some universal truths relating to mothers: They love unconditionally, they work hard and they love wine.
Fuji Steak and Sushi knows. That’s why, this Mother’s Day, Fuji is offering $3 glasses of its house wine all day. Additionally, the restaurant is offering a tuna tartare appetizer for a limited time for $8 a plate.
Tuna tartare is similar to sashimi, which features bite-sized pieces of raw fish. However, tuna tartare is often mixed with various oils or spices, making the snack super-succulent and refreshingly flavorful.
You and your mom may like to try one of Fuji’s colorful and creative sushi rolls, all of which are available for half price on Mother’s Day.
Rolls include delectably fun options such as its “OMG” roll made with red snapper, salmon and tuna, deep-fried and topped with eel sauce and spicy mayo. Fuji’s “Bubba Gump” roll is made with shrimp tempura and cream cheese and topped with more shrimp. However, Fuji’s half price sushi special does not include its nigiri or sashimi options.
Unlike a mother’s love, raw fish is not for everybody. If your mom is more of a hibachi woman, within these pages you will find a coupon for $5 off your bill for every two entrees purchased, which includes piping-hot hibachi options such as tofu or lobster tails, all of which are served with a show.
