Man shot in car

A Chattanooga man told police he was driving in his car at 20th and Market streets early Saturday when a vehicle passed him and someone inside fired at him.

The attack happened about

3 a.m. in the 2000 block of Market Street. Todd Stone, 40, was struck and sustained injuries that were not life-threatening, police said in a news release. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Chattanooga police released no information on the shooter or the vehicle.
