Daniel - Snider
The engagement of Heather Nicole Daniel and Brett Manning Snider is announced today. The future bride is the daughter of Jeffrey L. and Anita B. Daniel of Ooltewah. Parents of the future bridegroom are Barry and Teresa Snider of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, Aug. 12, at The Barn at Shady Lane in Birmingham, Ala.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of John and Linda Burnett of Flintstone, Ga., Georgia and Julian Daniel of Ooltewah and the late Jeanette Daniel.
Miss Daniel is a graduate of Girls Preparatory School. She received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Birmingham Southern College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Samford University. She was a member of Chi Omega Sorority and was presented in the 2012 Cotton Ball.
She is a registered nurse at UAB Hospital and is a member of Silverdale Baptist Church.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Dr. George and Judy Stacey of Hayneville, Ala., and the late Carl Snider.
Mr. Snider graduated from Northridge High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Birmingham Southern College.
He is senior transportation analyst at Ventura Foods and is a member of First United Methodist Church in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
