› Movies in the Park at Dark: Bridge Christian Church will present its sixth annual family movie series at Heritage Park, 1428 Jenkins Road. The first film, on Aug. 11, chronicles the lives of animals in the city of Zootopia. The second, on Sept. 30, is a blockbuste­r about a former scientist who becomes the Empire’s lead engineer for the most powerful weapon in the galaxy, the Death Star. › Pro-life banquet: Women’s Enrichment Center, a faith-based, nonprofit pregnancy resource center serving families in Northwest Georgia, will welcome abortion survivor Claire Culwell as keynote speaker for its annual banquet, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at Stage 123, 123 W. Gordon St. in Dalton. Culwell became a motivation­al speaker in 2009 after learning that she survived the abortion that took the life of her twin brother.
