› Owner: Speedway LLC (Speedway), in Enon, Ohio, a subsidiary of Marathon Oil Co. and the nation’s second-largest convenienc­e store chain with approximat­ely 2,730 stores located in 21 states.

› Size: 3,900-square-foot service station and store with 10 fueling lanes (20 auto fueling positions) that include E-85 and two diesel pumps. › Investment: Speedway Eat LLC bought the site for just over $1 million in July 2015 and the building permit estimate for constructi­on is $450,000.

› Features: Stefanie Griffith, communicat­ions manager for Marathon, said the store will include a Speedy Café, fast casual restaurant where

customers place their orders on a self-serve ordering kiosk. “The food is freshly prepared and will feature paninis, subs, specialty dogs, customizab­le pizzas, hand-crafted beverages (lattes, mochas, smoothies and frappes), breakfast sandwiches and sides,” Griffith said. The new store also will have a Beer Cave. ›
