FIRST QUARTER

UTC — Victor Ulmo 22-yard field goal, 9:00 Drive: 14 plays, 65 yards, 6:08

Key play: Nick Tiano had some key completion­s on the drive, but it was a 2-yard run — coupled with a late hit on LSU’s John Battle — that gave the Mocs a first-and-goal opportunit­y.

LSU — Drake Davis 36-yard pass from Danny Etling (Jack Gonsoulin kick), 6:23

Drive: 6 plays, 72 yards, 2:29

Key play: On the scoring play, the Tigers used a fake double reverse, and the misdirecti­on gave Etling a free shot downfield, where he hit Davis in stride for the score.
