Foster, Crawford join Vision Hospitality
Vision Hospitality Group has named O’Mally Foster as vice president of talent resources and risk management and Emily Crawford as communications and community relations manager.
› Foster joins the Chattanooga-based hotel chain after working for more than a decade in human resources, payroll, employee relations, accounting and operational compliance at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., Noble Management, Dimension Development and Wacker.
› Crawford, a recent graduate of Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tenn., is responsible for corporate branding, internal and external communications and social responsibility. While still pursuing her business administration degree, she became the head of project implementation and sales for Talon Creative Marketing Agency, and later assisted in the development and coordination of the marketing materials, public relations events and sales for Tennessee Tech Sports marketing department.
Reggie Piercy, senior vice president of operations for Vision, praised the new hires. Piercy said Foster “will be instrumental in helping us to enhance our culture, learning systems and risk management approaches,” and Crawford’s “energy and passion to succeed are contagious with others, and we look forward to watching Emily grow in her new position.”
