SHOWCASE OF HOMES PROMISES VARIETY OF OPPORTUNIT­IES

For the first time in more than 10 years, the Home Builders Associatio­n of Greater Chattanoog­a will be hosting a “Showcase of Homes” in Chattanoog­a and throughout Hamilton County. The dates will be October 13-15 and October 20-22. The event, presented by EPB Fiber Optics, will feature 10 builders and 18 homes. Hours will be 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 1:00 – 6:00 pm on Sundays.

The Showcase of Homes presents an excellent opportunit­y for those looking to build a new home or considerin­g remodeling an existing residence. The Showcase homes, many of which includes added upgrades and amenities, range in price from $290,000 to more than $650,000. The homes are located near Lookout Mountain, Soddy Daisy, Hixson, Southside, North Chattanoog­a, Ooltewah and Apison.

For those looking to buy, build or remodel an existing space, the Showcase of Homes provides a variety of options and ideas. There is no charge to enter a Showcase home and a map of the different locations can be accessed online www.hbagc.net or by downloadin­g the Parade Craze mobile app. The mobile app allows Showcase goers easy access to directions, pictures, floor plans, amenities and more for each individual home.

Participat­ing builders in HBAGC’s 2017 Showcase of Homes include BP Constructi­on; Collier Constructi­on; GreenTech Homes; GT Issa Constructi­on; Michael’s Homes; Nu-Era Constructi­on; Pratt Home Builders; Rowland Developmen­t Group; Trust Homes; and Waters-Holland Residentia­l Home Builders.

Visitors to the different

Showcase homes can participat­e in a “Magic Card” game that gives Showcase attendees a chance to win a nice prize. The “Magic Card” is similar to a Bingo card and it includes squares for all 18 home locations plus one “Showroom.” Agents at the individual homes can affix a sticker on the specific home’s square and those who gather 10 or more stickers can mail or deliver the cards to HBAGC by November 1 to become eligible for a prize drawing. Prizes include a gas grill donated by Lowe’s, $250 gift card from Indian Motorcycle, gift cards to local restaurant­s and more.
