Patrick Beard law firm adds Flynn as associate

Chuck Flynn has joined the Chattanoog­a law firm of Patrick, Beard, Schulman & Jacoway as an associate attorney.

Flynn has a general litigation practice with a focus on plaintiffs’ law, where he handles automobile accident cases, premises liability cases, and pharmaceut­ical products liability cases regarding defective drugs and implantabl­e devices. He is active in the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Associatio­n, Lawyers Involved for Tennessee, and the American Associatio­n for Justice — three nonprofits with the mission of protecting the rights of individual­s. Flynn earned membership into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers through the representa­tion of his clients and was also recognized as a member of the Supreme Court of Tennessee’s Pro Bono Honor Roll.

Flynn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government and American Voting Behavior from Dartmouth College in 2004, where he played varsity basketball and was an Editor and CFO of the Dartmouth Law Journal. In 2011, he received his law degree from Notre Dame, where he served on the executive committee of the Student Bar Associatio­n
