Patrick Beard law firm adds Flynn as associate
Chuck Flynn has joined the Chattanooga law firm of Patrick, Beard, Schulman & Jacoway as an associate attorney.
Flynn has a general litigation practice with a focus on plaintiffs’ law, where he handles automobile accident cases, premises liability cases, and pharmaceutical products liability cases regarding defective drugs and implantable devices. He is active in the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Lawyers Involved for Tennessee, and the American Association for Justice — three nonprofits with the mission of protecting the rights of individuals. Flynn earned membership into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers through the representation of his clients and was also recognized as a member of the Supreme Court of Tennessee’s Pro Bono Honor Roll.
Flynn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government and American Voting Behavior from Dartmouth College in 2004, where he played varsity basketball and was an Editor and CFO of the Dartmouth Law Journal. In 2011, he received his law degree from Notre Dame, where he served on the executive committee of the Student Bar Association
