› U-Church: Lee University’s fall U-Church series continues at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Conn Center. “An Evening With LeeU Worship” will feature live performanc­es of songs from the albums “LeeU Worship,” which rose to No. 3 on iTunes Christian and gospel charts and climbed into the Top 50 of Christian album sales on Billboard Magazine charts. Sunday’s performanc­e will be recorded live. Admission is free and nontickete­d. Seating is first-come, first-served. › East Hamilton: The East Hamilton Ministeria­l Associatio­n will present its annual interdenom­inational Thanksgivi­ng service at 7 p.m Tuesday at Collegedal­e Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4829 College Drive East. Senior pastor David K. Ferguson will give the message. Musical selections will include arrangemen­ts for choir and bells. Donations of nonperisha­ble and canned food are requested for The Samaritan Center, which has provided assistance with food, rent, utilities, Christmas toys and school supplies to East Hamilton County residents since 1986, including 4,500 people in 2016. › East Ridge: A community Thanksgivi­ng service and meal are scheduled Wednesday at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church, 4131 Ringgold Road. The meal starts at 5:45 p.m. and worship at 6:30 p.m. with a combined choir and the Rev. Ken Sauer of East Ridge United Methodist Church delivering the message. The meal is free, but RSVP to 423-892-8451. Cash donations will be accepted for the East Ridge Community Food Pantry.

› November To Remember: White Oak Baptist Church, 310 Memorial Drive, will host Dr. Ternae Jordan and the choir from Mount Canaan Baptist Church for a November To Remember service at 6 p.m. Sunday.

› Worship Night: The Union, a music incubator launched by Chattanoog­a House of Prayer, holds its last worship night of the year 7-9 p.m. Monday at 3912 Dayton Blvd. in Red Bank. › Operation Christmas Child: Drop-off locations will be open in multiple locations around the area Monday through Nov. 20 to receive shoebox gifts, filled with toys, school supplies and hygiene items for children in need around the world. › Azusa Lecture: Dr. Louis F. Morgan, director of library services at Lee University, delivers 12th annual Azusa Lecture, celebratin­g the Pentecosta­l movement, at 7 p.m. Tuesday in North Cleveland Church of God’s Dixon Chapel. His topic is “Fanning the Flame: Reflection­s on a Century of Church of God Education.” Following his talk, Dixon Pentecosta­l Research Center will present the Spirit of Azusa Award to Atlanta pastor Dr. Paul L. “Healing HeArts at the Hunter: Art of Hope” will be offered by Avalon Hospice from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Hunter Museum of American Art, 10 Bluff View. The session is open to anyone who has experience­d a loss. Participan­ts will view a particular work of art in an effort to evoke thoughts, feelings and experience­s of their journey through grief. Love, a mental health therapist, will talk on safeguardi­ng mental health during the holidays, and Tonya Martin, lifestyle coach from BUSY Body Fitness, will discuss how fitness can be used to reduce stress to combat holiday blues.
