Home Slice Pizza is pizza for real pizza-lovers. Served on crust that’s thicker than a thin crust, each pie features three cheeses and a massive amount of toppings. “Most of our pizzas have at least four toppings,” said Josiah Johnson, general manager.
Take the “Meat Monster,” for instance, topped with nearly a pound of ingredients: pepperoni, ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, smoked ham and bacon bits. “We have the best bang for the buck,” said Josiah. “People see they can get a large specialty pizza, an order of garlic knots, a pound of wings and a 2-liter for $25.”
And the restaurant’s wings, like its pizza, go above and beyond: jumbo-sized, deepfried and served in one of Home Slice’s eight house-made wing sauces. In addition to wings and pies, its menu also showcases subs and sandwiches as well as vegan and gluten-free pizza.
