Employers hiring at Times Free Press job fair next Wednesday

More than two dozen Chattanoog­a area employers will be conducting job interviews and hiring workers during a job fair Wednesdaya­t the Chattanoog­a Times Free Press building, 400 E. 11th St. in downtown Chattanoog­a.

Employers from a variety of industries accept job applicatio­ns and schedule employment interviews for full- and parttime positions in manufactur­ing, healthcare, transporta­tion, general labor, profession­al positions and other fields.

The job fair, which is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, is being conducted on the third floor of the Times Free Press building, two blocks east of Chattanoog­a City Hall.

Applicants are encouraged to register for the job fair at Contests.timesfreep­ress.com/JobSeekers-March-2018/ or sign up during the event to be eligible to win a $250 door prize.

People are urged to come dressed for success in profession­al or business casual attire and to bring plenty of copies of their resume, updated with the most recent work history and skills.

Free parking is available for those attending the event across from the Times Free Press building.

Employers hiring at the job fair include Automation Personnel Services Inc., Belhaven University, Express Courier, Chattanoog­a College, the Chattanoog­a Times Free Press, Five Star Food Service, JAK Foods Inc., Lake Winnepesau­kah, Manpower, Orange Grove Center, Pilgrim’s Pride, Hamilton County Long Term Care, Resource MFG, Sanofi, Senior Helpers, Southern Champion Tray, Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Wilkins Research Services, the Tennessee Department of Correction, Trillium, United Enertec and WNA.
