Net Zero homes continue momentum in North Shore

The NorthShore of Chattanooga remains a highly sought after place to live, work, and play. As the communities there continue to grow, so do the trends of Net Zero Energy homes and many are starting from the ground up, according to local Realtor and specialist Grace Frank with the Grace Frank Group of Real Estate Partners. “We currently have 7-14 new homes coming up in North Shore,” Frank shared. Her team is working with Goodwin Southern Property, the builder and developer of the newest Net Zero Energy homes, who is actively consulting with Green Spaces on the projects. Frank also added that these types of homes and communities offer buyers incredible benefits including excellent appreciation, significant reduction in utility bills, and more sustainable features, just to name a few. “Families can also expect better design features to reduce allergies,” Frank said.
