-

In all its budding glory, spring is finally here in the Scenic City. And with its arrival comes more opportunity for delicious outdoor dining.

What better place is there to start your al fresco dining adventures this season than your own private patio? Picnics and Nooga-Q’s slowsmoked barbecue just go together.

Any day of the week, diners can swing by Nooga-Q to pick up one of its Family Packs to-go.

Packs for four are served with a pound of smoked meat (choice of pulled pork, beef or chicken; or beef brisket or ribs), three pintsized sides (coleslaw, potato salad, barbecue smoke baked beans, fries, fried okra, white beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, corn on the cob or homemade potato chips), buns or Texas toast, and sauce. Prices start at $19.75.

Packs for eight are served with 2 pounds of smoked meat and three quart-sized sides and start at $36.95.

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. to close, Nooga-Q offers its Family Packs to dine-in customers, too.

Planning something larger than a family picnic?

Nooga-Q caters it all: From tailgates to corporate soirees to family reunions, with service options ranging from drop-off orders to full waitstaff and cleanup.
