› Finest accomplishment: I set a goal for myself to get all A’s. Now, I have my diploma and an associate degree and managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA. Whatever I set my mind to, I can accomplish.

› Teacher who inspired me and how: Mrs. Hodges, my 5th-grade math and science teacher, made both subjects interesting and fun, and she encouraged me to learn for myself instead of for grades. She also played a large role in my love of math.
