Demand for luxury homes in unparalleled location creates Skyfall community
Buyers who have been on the hunt for luxury, maintenance free lawns in the Ooltewah area finally now have the chance to come home thanks to the creation of Skyfall, a pocket neighborhood featuring 37 single family residences.
“Skyfall will never be considered a cookie cutter community with original designs ranging from French Country to Clean Line Craftsman to Classic Georgian Revivals,” noted Linda Brock with Real Estate Partners. “Surrounded by a gentle, rolling countryside, Skyfall offers an everyday escape conveniently located to everything from downtown Chattanooga to Cleveland and Dalton, Ga.”
Designed as a cluster community, Skyfall features five distinct home styles including walkout basement homes, manor homes, courtyard homes, cottage homes and rear entry homes, all with great outdoor spaces.
“Skyfall invites an outdoor lifestyle as rich as its interior finishes that have become a hallmark of the Big Whiskey energy efficient construction,” Brock added.
Homes range from 1,800-5,000 square feet and the neighborhood itself will be extensively landscaped as part of an innovative storm water plan. It’s also set to feature numerous common gathering ares and green spaces including a fenced dog park, several butterfly and hummingbird gardens, walking and fit trails, fire pits and swings, just to name a few. A pool and clubhouse for the 2019 pool season, according to Brock.
Residents can also relax knowing that lawn care and landscaping are provided including grass cutting, fertilizing, weed control, mulching and shrub pruning. Homes are all linked together by walking paths and common spaces while still allowing plenty of room for a garden or a nice space to be in the heart of East Tennessee and still enjoy the vast canopy of southern hardwoods. Interiors feature hardwood floors, fireplaces, open living areas with large owner’s suites and custom craftsmanship.
The community will be open house TODAY from 2-4 p.m. For more information, contact Linda Brock at 423-364-4663.
