TAKE NOTICE that Gamgee Enterprises, Inc., 600 Manufactures RD, Chattanooga, TN 37405 has applied to the City of Chattanooga for a Certificate of Compliance and has or will apply to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission in Nashville, for a Retail Liquor License for a store to be named Riverside Wine and Spirits, Inc., and to be located at 600 Manufactures RD, Chattanooga, TN 37405, and owned by Philip Camden Turner, individual sole owner/shareholder, 500 Henley ST, Suite 200, Knoxville, TN 37902. All persons wishing to be heard on the Certificate of Compliance may personally or through counsel submit their views in writing to Keith J. Reisman, Assistant City Attorney, 100 East 11th Street, Suite 200, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402 (telephone (423) 6438250), no later than 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission will consider the application on a date to be set by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission in Nashville, Tennessee. Interested persons may personally or through counsel submit their views in writing by the hearing date to be scheduled by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
