Breaking down the ACC

1. Clemson (11-0):

Tigers need to take care of business vs. in-state rival South Carolina.

5. N.C. State (7-3):

Wolfpack made Louisville’s life even more miserable, and that was tough to do.

6. Virginia (7-4):

Cavaliers didn’t do their part last week, but now try to keep Hokies out of a bowl.

Blue Devils gave Clemson a tussle for a half, now must regroup.

8. Georgia Tech (7-4):

Yellow Jackets have been strong at times recently, but the Georgia Bulldogs are a different animal.

9. Miami (6-5):

Hurricanes can put a dent on Pittsburgh just as Panthers did last year prior to Miami’s first ACC title game.

10. Virginia Tech (4-6):

Hokies must beat Virginia in order to have another game vs. Marshall added for Dec. 1.

11. Florida State (5-6):

Seminoles keep bowl hopes alive, but it figures to be tougher against Gators.

12. Wake Forest (5-6):

Demon Deacons limp toward Duke with last chance to become bowl eligible.

13. North Carolina (2-8):

Tar Heels have lost last two meetings with N.C. State, so this will be a challenge.

14. Louisville (2-9):

It’s the week to be thankful because the Cardinals will end the season. But first there’s a game vs. Kentucky.
