› Nanci Crewe Summer Concert Series: Signal Crest United Methodist Church, 1005 Ridgeway Ave., Signal Mountain, has launched a free concert series Sundays in July in memory of the church’s former organist/ choirmaster who was an active arts advocate throughout the community. The schedule includes Sara Snider Schone and Friends in “Opera Goes to Church” on Sunday and singer/pianist Van Smith on July 28. Performances serve as the music portion of the 11 a.m. service. 423-886-2330.

› LeFevre Quartet: The Southern gospel quartet will be in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at McFarland Hill Baptist Church, 307 Brickyard Road, Dalton, Ga. The McFarland Hill Choir also will sing. Contact: jeffhullender@ hotmail.com.

› Reunion concert: Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 4100 Highland Ave., is gathering past and present choir members for the annual reunion concert Aug. 25. Rehearsals will begin at 5 p.m. July 27.

› Christian Karaoke Coffeehouse: Bring a soundtrack and be prepared to sing 5-8 p.m. July 27 at Oakwood Church of God of Prophecy, 3927 Webb Road. Small donation will be taken at the door from anyone older than 10. Concessions will be available.

› Let’s Sing From Memory: Free social gatherings for those affected by Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, along with their caregivers, to sing old songs and hymns that may reconnect them to old memories, are 1-2:30 p.m. first and third Tuesdays at Northside Presbyterian Church, 923 Mississippi Ave. Free.
