Bowden, Parks, Pilgrim join Pinnacle Bank

Amie Bowden, Kelly Parks and Shari Pilgrim have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners’ Chattanoog­a office at 801 Broad Street.

Bowden, with 12 years of financial services experience, joins Pinnacle as a financial advisor assistant. She most recently worked at Synovus Bank, where she was a senior commercial assistant. Prior roles were with Signature Bank of Georgia, where she was a commercial lending process manager, Bank of North Georgia (a division of Synovus Bank), where she served as a senior commercial assistant and Legacy Wealth Management Group, Inc, where she was director of client services.

Parks brings 11 years of experience to her role of executive assistant to Chattanoog­a Chairman Craig Holley. She was previously a senior closing agent assistant for Team Title and an executive assistant for Zimmer Carolinas, where she provided direct support to the president and CEO, management team, operations team and sales force of the large, publicly traded company.

Parks earned her bachelor’s degree in business administra­tion and marketing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Pilgrim has more than six years of experience and serves as a financial specialist. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she was a teller and new accounts customer services representa­tive for Comtrust Federal Credit Union. Previous roles were with First Volunteer Bank, where she was an operations item processor, and First Federal Savings & Loan (AmSouth Bank), where she was a teller and bookkeeper.
