Second Story expands with three new Hires
Second Story Real Estate Management, a Chattanooga-based property management group, is expanding with the three new hires — Pamela Nease, Anne Najjar and Brian Chadwick.
Nease is a 17-year veteran of the real etate industry and has been a developer, landlord and property manager of a 24,000-square-foot medical office building for the past decade. She will be mainly working on medical office buildings and medical space with Second Story.
Najjar brings more than 15 years of commercial investment, development and brokerage experience to her new job. In 2018, CoStar awarded Najjar their Power Broker award for being a top broker for the Chattanooga area. Najjar will be mainly working on retail, restaurant, medical and office representation, as well as investment, acquisition and disposition with Second Story.
Chadwick joined Second Story with 20 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the acquisition, disposition and financing of shopping centers and office buildings. When he was the director of finance and dispositions for a publiclytraded REIT, he was responsible for the underwriting, marketing, negotiating and closing of over $2 billion in property sales and loans. Chadwick will be mainly working on retail, restaurant and office spaces with Second Story.
“With their collective 50 years of extensive real estate experience, we are stronger as a team and in an excellent position to continue to grow our firm.” Tiffanie Robinson, founder and CEO of Second Story, said in an announcement of the new hires. “As Chattanooga continues to grow, Second Story could not be more excited for the opportunities to contribute to the vision of the future.”
Second Story Real Estate Management launched in the fall of 2016. The team manages The Tomorrow Building, 10 North, The Edge, J. Martin Building, 901 Riverfront Parkway, The Lyerly Medical Pavilion II, among other properties.
