Billie Sue Benton

Billie Sue Benton, 92, of East Ridge, finished her journey on Jan. 21, 2021, with her family by her side.

Billie Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Earl Benton, a sister, Betty Lee 9an =ant and her parents, William Henry and Marie Costello.

She is survived by her brother, William “Uncle Sonny” Costello, Jr., son, Rodney (Debbie) Benton, daughters, Rhonda Haskew and Robin (Tony) Smith, 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Billie Sue’s Life will be held graveside in the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, at 1 p.m. For anyone wishing to attend the service please be at the funeral home no later than 12:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions in Billie Sue’s memory be made to the East Ridge Church of Christ Missions Fund, 951 McBrien Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37412.
