I’m not a politician; therefore I am my own man and will think outside the box to make great Chattanooga even greater.

The biggest challenge will be bringing diverse groups together to bring pragmatic and practical change to the community to benefit all.

I will address this challenge by working across the aisle, enlisting experts and doing necessary research and compromising where needed.

› What policy position of yours might surprise people?

I am all for free public parking for our downtown public library, and that is high on my list of things to do.
