RINGG2LD Kevin Scott Marcus, 59, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Vanderbilt 8niversity Hos pital in Nash ville, TN af ter a valiant lifelong fight to overcome complica tions from a heart defect at birth. Kev in’s will to live and love of life kept him active and working hard long after most would have Tuit.

He was employed at Shaw Industries Plant 20 for 21 years and most recently worked 18 years at :eeks Paving in Chattanoog­a, TN. If you en countered Kevin on your path, he likely left an impression you did not soon forget and most likely put a smile on your face. He was an active mem ber of :elcome Hill Baptist Church in Ringgold, GA. His service to the church spanned many years and will continue to touch lives in years to come.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Ellis Mar cus twin brother, Keith Allen Marcus nephew, Ethan Coker and in laws, Lebron and Joyce Bryson.

Survivors include his lov ing wife of 39 years, Debbie Bryson Marcus daughter, Lauren Marcus mother, Faye Marcus siblings, Kenny (Pam) Marcus, Katrina (Rick) :olfe sister in law, Fay (Steve) :ood nieces and nephews, Becky Steed, Tarah (Ken ny) Gallman, Aaron (Cassi) :ood, Brandon :olfe, Heath Marcus and Garrett Marcus many aunt, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews also survive. Kevin leaves behind many lifelong friends.

Funeral services will be 2 PM :ednesday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Clyde Painter officiatin­g. Interment will follow at Anderson Me morial Gardens.
