Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga adds 4 s to its board
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga has added four new members to the agency’s board of directors. Stephen Adams, Ken Nichols, Bill Reason and Stewart Smith are the latest additions to the organization’s board leadership, according to a news release.
Stephen Adams is a registered patent attorney with Chambliss Bahner & Stophel P.C., practicing in intellectual property matters, trademarks, copy right preparation and prosecution as well as maintenance defense and enforcement. Ken Nichols is general manager of Crown Chrysler, Dodge Jeep, RAM and Fiat in Chattanooga. Crown most recently served as presenting sponsor of Habitat’s successful “Raise the Roof” annual fundraiser and has built more than 10 houses in the dealerships’ footprint.
Bill Reason is the president of Professional Sign Services, as well as the owner of Certified Lighting, a company he has owned for about 20 years. Stewart Smith is the director of commercial mortgage banking with First Horizon Bank and has been in the banking industry for more than 15 years.
“Habitat is at a critical juncture in our organization’s history,” Habitat President and CEO Jens Christensen said in the announcement. “We’re making plans to double the number of homes we are building and are working with various partners around the community in building support for work that grows more critical with each passing day.
