Text Request adds six managers 150% growth
Text Request is kickstarting the new year by announcing six promotions to its management and departmental leadership teams amid sweeping organizational elevations, according to a news release. Each of the promoted management and departmental leadership team members has been with the organization for multiple years.
“After successive years of unyielding business growth, I can’t think of a better way to start the new year than with these promotions,” said Text Request CEO, Brian Elrod in the release. “Each of these individuals are the embodiment of professionalism, and their unique contributions have elevated the standing of the entire organization. Though they are deserving of these promotions, I would also like to publicly thank them for their commitment to Text Request and the customers we serve. As their efforts and spirit have propelled us forward to this point, they will continue to strengthen us all in these new positions.” The Chattanoogabased text messaging service has two and a half times as many customers today than at this point in 2022, and the promotions are designed to facilitate additional anticipated growth.
Four of the 11 promotions are to manager positions and two are departmental leadership designations, the release stated. The departmental leadership promotions are Cathi Swanson to vice president of design and user experience and Jack Bradford to director of business development.
Swanson will work with the product and marketing teams to design and build user experiences that delight customers throughout the lifetime of their engagement with Text Request. Bradford will lead all new business initiatives across the organization, according to the release.
