TD return on blocked FG lifts Ravens

-

Will Hill returned a blocked field goal 64 yards for the tiebreaking touchdown as time expired to give the visiting Baltimore Ravens a 33-27 victory Monday against the Cleveland Browns, who lost their sixth game in a row.

With the score tied at 27, the Browns (2-9) lined up for a 51-yard field goal with three seconds left. But Travis Coons’ kick was blocked by defensive end Brent Urban, and Hill scooped up and the ball and rumbled down the left sideline to give the Ravens (4-7) an improbable victory.

Matt Schaub, starting in place of injured Joe Flacco, overcame two interceptions — including one returned for a touchdown — to throw two touchdown passes for the Ravens. Josh McCown and Austin Davis each threw a touchdown pass for the Browns.
