STUDENTS PROTEST WHITE SUPREMACIST AT TEXAS A& M

Protesters from around the state were making their way to Texas A& MUniversity to take a stand against white nationalist Richard Spencer, who was to be speaking on campus Tuesday.

Spencer is the leader of the “alt- right,” a name currently embraced by some white supremacists and white national- ists to refer to themselves and their ideology, which emphasizes preserving and protecting the white race in the United States. Spencer’s recognition has risen since a video was released of him chanting “Hail Trump. Hail our people! Hail victory” at a recent conference.
