James Fangman, Beth ( Roger) Maulik, the late Charles ( Joan) Fangman and the late Miriam ( the late Don) Moderhock; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Retired Coordinator of Special Education and Support Services for Chicago Public Schools. Former Chairman of the Board for Envision ( formerly known as CARC). Former Member of the Aquin Guild. Tom was a 40- year friend of Bill W. Lector and Eucharistic Minister at Christ the King and St. Francis of Assisi Parishes.
