THE ACCUSED
• Earl Wilson, 45, has been charged with first- degree murder in the slaying of Cook County Judge Raymond Myles. • Wilson is the alleged trigger- man. Authorities have said Joshua Smith, 37, also charged with first- degree murder, was the getaway driver. • According to Chicago Police, Wilson served 12 years of an 18- year prison sentence after he was convicted of attempted murder in 1992. • Since his release, Wilson has been arrested for car theft, domestic battery and gun possession.
