The strange but beautiful first season of American Gods comes to a close tonight, after last week’s episode detour to fill in some back story about Mad Sweeney ( Pablo Schreiber) and Laura ( Emily Browning) when Shadow ( Ricky Whittle) and Mr. Wednesday ( Ian McShane) were absent. With the finale, titled “Come to Jesus,” hopefully Gods will answer at least some of fans’ many questions.
