- GEORGIA NICOLS

MOON ALERT: We have the “all clear” to shop and do business. The moon is in Aries. ARIES ( March 21- April 19): It’s not your usual routine. You’re bursting with ideas and eager for change. Don’t be hard on others who can’t follow your pace. TAURUS ( April 20- May 20): Money surprises or financial boons might occur. You might suddenly make some money or spend it impulsively on something.

GEMINI ( May 21- June 20): This is an interesting day full of new experiences that might give you greater insight into the world around you. CANCER ( June 21- July 22): You feel restless. Perhaps something is going on behind the scenes and you’re not quite sure how to respond to it. Should you go? LEO ( July 23- Aug. 22): People are interest- ing. You might meet a real character or someone who is avant- garde or bohemian.

VIRGO ( Aug. 23- Sept. 22): Watch your step because bosses, parents and VIPs will do something you least expect.

LIBRA ( Sept. 23- Oct. 22): Sudden travel opportunities might fall in your lap. Nevertheless, there seems to be a problem.

SCORPIO ( Oct. 23- Nov. 21): Stay on top of banking issues and anything to do with shared property and inheritances.

SAGITTARIUS ( Nov. 22- Dec. 21): A partner or close friend will do or say something that surprises you. Out of the blue!

CAPRICORN ( Dec. 22- Jan. 19): A spontaneous social event will take place — barbecue? Sports event? Children’s activity? Movie? Could be anything.

AQUARIUS ( Jan. 20- Feb. 18): A surprise invitation might come your way. You will have to act quickly, because this window of opportunity is brief. PISCES ( Feb. 19- March 20): Your home routine will suddenly change. Stock the fridge so that you are ready for the unexpected, especially company dropping by.

IF JUNE 18 IS YOUR BIRTHDAY: Movie critic Roger Ebert ( 1942- 2013) shares your birthday. You tell it like it is, and people value your honesty. You are a valuable critic. Many of you will be a student or teacher this year because your capacity for research and understanding is at its very best. It’s a good time to reflect on the past and plan for the future. This will not tend to be a year of action, but rather a year of waiting and development.
